三亚中瑞酒店管理职业学院是经海南省人民政府批准设立、由中国交建投资建设的一所全日制普通高等职业院校。学院于2017年9月正式开学，2018年10月获得瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院（EHL）全球学术认证。
学院坐落于海南省三亚市海棠湾“国家海岸”，毗邻三亚国际免税城和海棠湾国际酒店产业带，规划面积350亩，已完成建设222亩，建筑面积14万㎡。校园设计融合酒店式建筑风格，打造“沉浸式酒店育人场景”，为学生提供与行业无缝衔接的学习环境。
学院以“做莘莘学子成就梦想的引领者、企业优秀人才的供给者、社会优秀服务文化的倡导者”的创校使命，秉承“知行合一、学以致用”的校训，践行“尊重、专业、责任”的中瑞精神，立足海南自贸港建设需求，深度借鉴瑞士洛桑百年办学经验，构建“教学运营一体化”特色教学模式，致力于培养德技并修、具有国际视野和竞争力的创新型泛服务业高端人才。
学院开设酒店管理、旅游管理、经济与管理三大专业群二十余个专业，精准对接海南自贸港和“三区一中心”建设需求。学院与瑞士、英国、泰国等国家的院校建立合作，提供学生海外交流学习机会，同时，面向“一带一路”国家招收国际学生到校进行学历教育及汉语进修教育。目前，已累计招收来自俄罗斯、乌克兰、哈萨克斯坦等16个国家的汉语进修生302人，学历生33人。
Hospitality Institute of Sanya (HIS) is a full-time vocational college approved by the Hainan Provincial People's Government and invested and constructed by China Communications Construction Corporation (CCCC). HIS officially commenced operations in September 2017 and accredited by EHL Hospitality Business School (EHL) in October 2018.
HIS is located in the "National Coast" of Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province, adjacent to Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex and Haitang Bay International Hotel Industry Belt. It covers a planned area of 350 mu (about 233,333 square meters), with 222 mu (about 148,000 square meters) completed and a building area of 140,000 square meters. The campus design integrates hotel-style architecture to create an "immersive hotel-style educational environment," providing students with a learning atmosphere that seamlessly connects with the industry.
Guided by its founding mission—to be a leader for students in achieving their dreams, a supplier of outstanding talent for enterprises, and an advocate of excellent service culture in society—HIS adheres to the motto "Integration of consciousness with behavior, application of learning into practice." It upholds the SHI spirit of "Respect, Professionalism, Responsibility," and, in response to the development needs of the Hainan Free Trade Port, deeply draws on EHL’s century-long educational experience. The institute has developed a distinctive "Integration of Teaching and Operation" educational model, dedicated to cultivating innovative, high-end talent with moral integrity, technical competence, international perspectives, and competitiveness in the pan-service industry.
HIS offers over 20 specialized programs across three major disciplinary clusters: Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, and Economics and Management, all closely aligned with the development demands of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the "Three Zones and One Center" strategy. HIS has established partnerships with institutions in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and other countries, providing students with opportunities for overseas exchange and study. Additionally, HIS enrolls international students from Belt and Road countries for degree diploma and Chinese language program. Currently, we have enrolled over 300 international students from 16 countries including Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
